Okazawa is the lead technician at Theatre Off Jackon in Seattle WA. He is like the McGyver of theater and can build or construct nearly anything required for performances. He has created lighting, sound and sets for numerous theater productions. He has worked with Nippon Kan Theater, Northwest Asian American Theater, and individual artists. He also records music in Seattle. With his dog, Michi, he can be found driving a very distinctive lime green VW van.
