Ying Zhou is a dancer, choreographer, and improviser. She was born and raised in Beijing, China. Ying was awarded a BS in Geography from Beijing University and a MA in Geography from Miami University. She received her BA in Dance from University of Washington and currently lives in Seattle.
She was a company member of Phffft! Dance Theater Company from 2004 to 2006. Her works have been performed in Seattle, Portland, France, China, and Japan.
